With nearly 20 years’ experience in the oil industry, spanning a variety of operational positions up to General Manager, Christophe Stéphane ABENA combines technical and managerial skills. He thanks to a career that has enabled him to express his skills within several oil companies, including Noble Energy, Hercules offshore, Chevron, Vantage, Diamond, Hydrodrill E.G SA etc., giving him a 360° view of the field. He is the founder and CEO of OSA ENERGY SERVICES Limited.
Silvere ARRA TCHIMOU
Chief Financial Officer
A technical engineer in finance, with almost 10 years’ professional experience in the service sector and a brief stint in a chartered accountancy firm, enabling her to improve her accounting and management skills. experience in the tertiary sector and a brief stint in a chartered accountancy firm, enabling him to improve his and administrative management, Silvère ARRA honed his skills during stints at Cote d’ivoire Telecom as an accountant and as a specialist accountant and consultant for the accounting firm Goodwill; Accounting Manager for various for various SMEs in Côte d’Ivoire, he is currently Executive Administration and Finance of OSA Energy Services Limited.

General Mechanical Engineer, Master of science in Ocean Engineering (Subsea Engineer), MBA in Project Management. Over 20 years’ experience in oil and gas projects with multinational companies in Brazil, with international Engineering interface (international assignments). He is currently the strategic Business Development Director at OSA ENERGY SERVICES Limited.

Operations Director
With nearly 22 years’ experience in the oil industry and proven technical and managerial skills with companies such as Baker Hughes and others, Apollinaire MALOULA has a perfect command of operations and operations and personnel management in a variety of environments. He holds the position of Director at OSA ENERGY SERVICES Limited.
Daryl MBEGA NDONG
Deputy Operations Director
Daryl Mbega NDONG is an experienced technician and specialist engineer with over 10 years’ experience in the oil industry. Daryl Mbega NDONG’s technical skills, inherited from his stints at Halliburton, Shell and Assala Energy, give him an in-depth knowledge of operational constraints and their management. He currently holds the position of Operations at OSA ENERGY SERVICES Limited.

Sales Manager
With over 10 years’ experience and proven technical and managerial skills in the commercial field with companies such as Lufkin-ILS (now General Electric), Weatherford and Wartsila. Johann Black, himself an Artificial Lift engineer, is an expert at delivering value-added solutions for all stakeholders. He holds the position of Commercial Director at OSA ENERGY SERVICES Limited.
ALVINE GINA BERNIE TOOLO NYANGON
Communication and Marketing Manager
Focused on COMMUNICATION- MARKETING – SALES, she has accumulated more than 10 years of experience, having developed skills, adaptability, ingenuity and progressively improved attitudes in customer relations, communication and sales strategies.
Her experience has been built on rebuilding small and medium-sized businesses in decline, as demonstrated by her track record of positive results.
Her ease with challenges boosts performance, and enables her to develop digital and traditional marketing opportunities.
She also develops leadership skills in inspiring and motivating the team to achieve objectives.
