Safety Health Environment Quality Charter

In line with its Code of Conduct, OSA Energy Services Limited has adopted the following principles in terms of safety, security, environment, quality and social commitment: Safety Health Environment Quality Charter In line with its Code of Conduct, OSA Energy Services Limited adopts the following principles in terms of safety, security, environment, quality and social commitment:

1. OSA Energy Services Ltd.’s top priorities are safety, security, respect for the environment, customer satisfaction, and listening to and dialoguing with all its stakeholders.

2. Wherever it operates, OSA Energy Services Ltd complies with the laws and regulations applicable to it and supplements them, where necessary, with specific requirements and commitments.

3. OSA Energy Services Ltd promotes a culture among all its staff, the key points of which are professionalism, rigor in respecting and implementing rules, skills management, the practice of feedback and continuous learning. This approach relies on everyone’s vigilance and involvement.

4. Everyone, at every level of the company, must be aware of their role and personal responsibility, and must exercise the utmost discipline in preventing accidents and malicious acts, protecting health and the environment, ensuring the quality of our products and services, and meeting the expectations of our stakeholders. Performance appraisals, particularly for line managers, take into account rigor and exemplarity in this area.

5. When choosing its industrial and commercial partners, OSA Energy Services Ltd gives priority to their ability to apply an equivalent policy in terms of safety, security, health, environment, quality and social responsibility.

6. For all its activities, OSA Energy Services Ltd implements periodic risk assessments and appropriate risk management policies and measures in the areas of safety, health, the environment, quality and social commitment. All development projects and product launches are undertaken following a full lifecycle risk assessment.

.7. The societal management systems adapted to each activity are periodically evaluated, by measuring the results obtained, defining progress objectives, implementing action plans and organizing the associated control.

8. OSA Energy Services Ltd implements contingency plans and resources designed to deal with the various types of event it may encounter; these arrangements are periodically updated and verified during exercises.

9. OSA Energy Services Ltd strives to control its energy consumption and emissions into the environment (water, air, soil). It develops new processes, products and services for its customers, seeking to improve their energy efficiency and reduce their environmental footprint.

10.OSA Energy Services Ltd adopts a constructive attitude of transparency and dialogue with stakeholders and third parties in matters of safety, security, health, environment and quality. Through its commitment to society, it seeks to contribute to the sustainable human, economic and social development of the surrounding communities. It conducts its operations to guarantee safety in a responsible manner, in compliance with the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR).
