With nearly 20 years’ experience in the oil industry, from operational positions to country manager, Christophe
Stephane ABENA combines technical skills with managerial qualities, thanks to a career that has enabled him to
express his skills in several oil companies, including Noble Energy, Hercules offshore, Chevron, Vantage, Diamond,
Hydrodrill E.G SA etc., giving him a 360-degree vision of the field. Founder of OSA ENERGY SERVICES Limited, he is
in charge as CEO.

Silvere ARRA Tchimou

Co-founder and Deputy Managing Director

Technical engineer in finance, with nearly 10 years of professional experience in the tertiary sector and a brief
stint in an accounting firm, allowing him to improve his accounting and tax skills as well as administrative
management, Silvere ARRA honed his skills during his time at CI Telecom as an accountant as well as a consultant
for the accounting firm Goodwill, then Administrative and Financial Manager of various SMEs in Côte d’Ivoire. He
is Co-Founder of OSA ENERGY SERVICES Limited and Deputy Managing Director in charge of Administration and
Finance

Apollinaire MALOULA

Operations Manager

With nearly 22 years’ experience in petroleum operations and proven technical and managerial skills with
compagnies such as Baker Hugues, Apollinaire MALOULA has a perfect command of operations and personnel
management in various environments. He holds the position of Operations Manager at OSA ENERGY SERVICES
Limited.

LACKSON MARIA NTO

Human Resources Manager

LACKSON MARIA ROSARIO’s legal, accounting and tax skills, combined with almost 10 years’ professional
experience, have enabled her to gain a thorough understanding of the administrative environment in Equatorial
Guinea. She holds the position of Human Resources Manager and is also in charge of external communications for
OSA ENERGY SERVICES Limited.

Johann Black Kanga MASSO

Sales Manager

With more than 10 years of experience with proven technical and managerial skills as sales engineer and then
sales manager, in organizations such as Luflin-ILS (now General Electric), Weatherford and Wartsila, Johann Black,
a certified Artificial Lift engineer, is an expert at commercial operations that bring value for all parties involved. He
holds the position of Sales Manager at OSA ENERGY SERVICES Limited.

Daryl Mbega NDONG

Deputy Operations Manager

A senior technician with more than 10 years of experience in the oil industry, Daryl Mbega NDONG’s technical
skills, inherited from his stints at Halliburton, Shell and Assala Energy, give him an in-depth knowledge of
operational constraints and their management. He holds the position of Deputy Operations Manager at OSA
ENERGY SERVICES Limited.

Brel MOUITY

QHSE Coordinator Specialist

A talented technician with 10 years’ experience to his credit, Brel MOUITY possesses great skills and competences
for implemention and management of QHSE policies. Stints at compagnies such as Spie and , Schlumberger given
him a sound knowledge of oil and gas environment. He holds the position of QHSE Coordinator Specialist at OSA
ENERGY SERVICES Limited.

Ibrahim NJOUONKOU

Logistics Coordinator Specialist

An experienced specialist with 10 years’ experience in Logistics, Ibrahim NJOUONKOU has put his technical skills
to good use during his career with various compagnies, including weatherford, giving him a proven mastery of his
field at OSA ENERGY SERVICES Limited.
