OSA Energy Services Ltd.\u2019s top priorities are safety, security, respect for the<br \/>\nenvironment, customer satisfaction, and listening to and dialoguing with all its<br \/>\nstakeholders.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2. Wherever it operates, OSA Energy Services Ltd complies with the laws and<br \/>\nregulations applicable to it and supplements them, where necessary, with<br \/>\nspecific requirements and commitments.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n3. OSA Energy Services Ltd promotes a culture among all its staff, the key points<br \/>\nof which are professionalism, rigor in respecting and implementing rules, skills<br \/>\nmanagement, the practice of feedback and continuous learning. This approach<br \/>\nrelies on everyone\u2019s vigilance and involvement.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t4. Performance appraisals, particularly for line managers, take into<br \/>\naccount rigor and exemplarity in this area.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t5. When choosing its industrial and commercial partners, OSA Energy Services<br \/>\nLtd gives priority to their ability to apply an equivalent policy in terms of safety,<br \/>\nsecurity, health, environment, quality and social responsibility.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t6. For all its activities, OSA Energy Services Ltd implements periodic risk<br \/>\nassessments and appropriate risk management policies and measures in the<br \/>\nareas of safety, health, the environment, quality and social commitment. All<br \/>\ndevelopment projects and product launches are undertaken following a full lifecycle risk assessment.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t.7. The societal management systems adapted to each activity are periodically<br \/>\nevaluated, by measuring the results obtained, defining progress objectives,<br \/>\nimplementing action plans and organizing the associated control.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t8. OSA Energy Services Ltd implements contingency plans and resources<br \/>\ndesigned to deal with the various types of event it may encounter; these<br \/>\narrangements are periodically updated and verified during exercises.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t9. OSA Energy Services Ltd strives to control its energy consumption and<br \/>\nemissions into the environment (water, air, soil).
